The Stirling Court Hotel is a conference centre of excellence, offering a variety of delegate accommodation and packages to suit a range of conferences and events.

We offer everything you need to run a successful meeting, event or conference, including bespoke conference packages to suit all needs.

Hybrid AV Facilities 

Our hybrid AV facilities provide online meeting options offering flexibility depending on the type and size of event, providing choices for on-site and remote attendees. Whether you’d like to connect with a few colleagues over Microsoft Teams, or live stream your conference to a virtual audience.

Day Delegate Package

Our Day Delegate Package offers everything that you and your delegates may need throughout the day to create a productive working environment and includes the following:

  • Three servings of refreshments: Freshly brewed coffee, selection of teas (including fruit and herbal)
  • Choice of hot and cold two course fork buffet lunch in the our Abbey Craig Restaurant or working buffet lunch served close to your meeting space
  • Conference room hire to suit your requirement (8 am – 5pm)
  • Data projection, screen, flipchart(s) and pens
  • Complimentary WiFi internet access across the site
  • Free car parking for 150 cars
  • Water, sweets, notepad and pens in your conference room
  • Main Plenary Room
  • Arrival Coffee
  • Mid Morning Tea/Coffee and Shortbread
  • Lunch
  • Afternoon Tea
  • AV including Hybrid option

Your Residential Package

Require your delegates to stay over? Our Residential Packages are perfect for multi-day conferences and allow delegates to make full use of the facilities at Stirling Court Hotel

The Residential Package includes all of the elements of the Day Delegate Package with the following extras:

  • Three course dinner served with tea/coffee
  • Overnight accommodation
  • Full Scottish breakfast
  • Complimentary use of the Leisure facilities and pool
  • Take in our a trail and the scenery in our 330 acre of grounds
